Shipping policy

• Standard Delivery: All domestic orders will be delivered within 7–18 working days.

 

• Ready-to-Ship Items: If the item is in stock and available in your size, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.

 

• Made-to-Order / Custom Items: For items that are custom-woven or temporarily out of stock, please allow 15–25 working days for delivery, depending on production time and availability.

 

• Delays Due to External Factors: In case of festivals, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns or courier delays beyond our control, delivery timelines may be extended. Refunds will not be issued for such delays. We appreciate your patience.

 

• Urgent Requests: If you need your order delivered sooner, please email us at labeltusha@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate. While we cannot guarantee faster delivery in every case, we will try to assist you at priority.

 

• International Shipping: International delivery timelines depend on the destination. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
